About the role

Hrishi Digital Solutions is sourcing web and Microsoft technology specialists for a contract engagement with a Northern Territory Government agency. Positions are available at Technical Lead, Team Lead, and Developer levels.

Technical Lead: Leading web and Microsoft technology delivery within a larger application services team, with responsibility for architecture decisions, release coordination, and mentoring.

Team Lead (multiple): Day-to-day coordination of web developers, release planning, and stakeholder communication.

Developer (multiple): Hands-on development and maintenance of web-facing government applications.

All positions are onsite in Darwin and require the ability to obtain relevant clearances if requested. Technical Lead and Team Lead applicants should also demonstrate experience leading and mentoring development teams, coordinating releases, and advising on integration impacts.

Key duties and responsibilities

Developing and maintaining web application components integrated with mainframe business systems
Planning and delivering complex system releases across development, test, and production environments
Developing technical, operational, and procedural documentation
Advising clients on integration point impacts across projects
Providing 3rd level technical support for web and Microsoft-based business information systems
Stakeholder engagement across internal and external NTG teams

Essential skills and experience

Demonstrated experience in web application development and integrated development environments
Hands-on experience with .NET and JavaScript development
Familiarity with XML and web service integrations
Based in Darwin or willing to relocate — position is onsite
Ability to obtain Ochre Card, Police Clearance, and PF166 if requested

Experience with Sitecore CMS
