7. Limitations and Warranties

8. Liability Limitations
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption except as required by law.
9. Project Changes
Changes to project scope require written approval
Additional work may incur extra charges
Timeline adjustments may be necessary for scope changes
All change requests are documented and agreed upon
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate courts in Darwin, NT.
