RevConnect is an NT Government initiative to replace the existing tax revenue system used by the Territory Revenue Office, delivering a modern platform for both taxpayers and internal revenue staff. The eLearning Developer will design and develop up to twenty training modules covering key RevConnect functions and workflows. External modules must be visually high quality and easy to follow, while internal modules must be interactive with assessments upon completion and compatible with the NT Government's Moodle-based training platform. The successful contractor will also define content management standards for future updates, transfer development skills to the RevConnect change management delivery team, and collaborate with the organisational change manager to align all training with the broader change management strategy.
